Privacy Policy

Who runs this site

This is the personal wellness site of Gahl Shuster, a Sunrider wellness consultant with Sunrider International, member 8174772. It is an independent site, not the official Sunrider website. Purchases are completed on the official Sunrider store, which has its own privacy policy and terms.

What I collect

I only collect what you choose to give me:

• Coaching requests. Your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, and the message you write. If you completed the wellness quiz, your answers and matched formulas come along with it so I can reply with something useful.
• Contact messages. Your name, email, subject, and message.
• Newsletter signups. Your email address, and which page you signed up from.
• Quiz answers. Stored in your own browser so you can return to your results. They are only sent to me if you also submit a coaching request.

What I do with it

I use it to answer you, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand which pages people find useful. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone outside the services that run this site. If you shop through my store, Sunrider processes your order and payment under its own policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses basic analytics to count visits and see which pages and stories get read. That data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally. Your browser may also store your quiz answers locally so your results are still there when you come back.

Health information

Anything you tell me about your health is treated as private and used only to answer you. It is never published, and it is never shared. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and I am not a doctor.

Keeping and deleting your data

I keep your details only as long as they are useful, and you can ask me to delete them at any time. Send a note through the contact page and I will remove everything I hold about you. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link in every send.

Children

This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
